RETURN CONDITIONS

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please make sure that the items:

are in their original condition
show no signs of wear
are returned with the Raffaello Rossi label attached

If you wish to return multiple items from the same order, please return them together in one parcel.

RETURN COSTS

Partial return

If you only return part of your order, the return is free of charge.

Full return

If you return your entire order, we charge a return shipping fee of €4.95.

If you paid via PayPal or credit card, this amount will automatically be deducted from your refund. If you purchased on invoice, the return shipping fee must be transferred separately.

YOUR REFUND

Once we have received and checked your return, the refund will be issued via your original payment method.

Please note that processing your return may take a few days after we receive it.
