How long do I have to return an item?
If a style does not suit you or was not suitable, you can return it to us within 14 days from the day of receipt.
How can I return items?
You can register your return and print out your return slip and DHL return label immediately.
What are the return policies?
- The pants must be returned in original condition, without signs of use and with the Raffaello Rossi label attached.
- We cannot accept returns that do not meet these guidelines.
- If you are returning more than one pair of pants, they must be sent to us in a single shipment.
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return policy.
Are there any costs for the return?
- In the case that you return your complete order to us, return costs of €4.95 will be charged. Please note that if you use the purchase on account option, the return costs must be transferred in this case. When purchasing via PayPal or credit card, the refund amount is automatically reduced by the return costs.
- In the case of a partial return (e.g. only one of two pairs of pants ordered is returned), the return is free of charge.
